Our specialised doctor will then evaluate the information and where necessary email or phone you for additional information and then email you a signed prescription that you can collect from you nearest pharmacy - where relevant we will also mail you the original script. If needed, and where relevant and if you agree, we will email you a form to do some blood tests at your local lab and will then give you feedback regarding the results and prescribe some treatment (we do not offer HIV testing).

• General medical practice services - We do not treat acute undiagnosed conditions, trauma, or any life threatening conditions – please visit your nearest emergency medical centre immediately. We will not prescribe any schedule 5 or 6 drugs like sleeping tablets, some addictive pain medication, psychiatric medication, etc.

We offer a free complementary Iridology eye analysis using the latest computer technology - this is optional and free. You simply take a photo of your eye wide open (showing the whole iris) with your camera phone or digital camera and upload it when you complete the consultation form.

You can also upload additional pictures eg of skin rashes, etc on the consultation form.

You can upload any documents such as medical reports, test results, etc on the consultation form.

Why do we offer this service? The Integrative doctor that will prescribe the treatment to you is based In Cape Town - most Integrative Medicine Specialists are situated in Johannesburg or Cape Town -  we are trying to make this service more accessable and affordable to people all over South Africa without spending thousands on travel and consultation fees.

How much does it cost and how can I pay?

We accept payment via Medical Aid and submit the claim direclty to your medical aid. We charge only medical aid tariffs and you will never have any co-payment. We work with most medical aids  (not Carecross of Primecure options) and depending on your plan the fee would be more or less between R180 and R250.

I you are not on a medical aid, you can pay by using your credit card or by making a deposit into our account or EFT - Please see the bottom of this page for details. The current fee is R220 per consultation.

Unfortunately we cannot give any advice or prescriptions without receiving the full payment first. Where possible please email your proof of payment to payments@integrativedoctor.co.za to speed up the process.

You will on average be helped within 1 - 2 days after payment and the completed forms have been received.

Why hesitate? You can easily spend R300 or more at a restaurant, but some people will not spend R200 on their health???
